شروط الاستخدام

١. الأهلية والحساب

يجب أن تكون قادرًا قانونًا على إبرام عقد في بلدك، أو تستخدم التطبيق بموافقة ولي أمر. أنت مسؤول عن صحة معلوماتك وعن حماية جهازك وحساب Google ورمز القفل أو بيانات الدخول، وعن النشاط الصادر من حسابك. أخطرنا فورًا عند الاشتباه في وصول غير مصرح به.

قد يتيح التطبيق وضعًا محليًا بلا حساب. بعض المزايا، مثل المزامنة والمشاركة والنسخ السحابي والاشتراك، تتطلب تسجيل الدخول والاتصال بالإنترنت.

1. Eligibility and account

You must be legally able to enter into a contract in your country, or use the app with a guardian's consent. You are responsible for the accuracy of your information, for protecting your device, Google account and lock code or credentials, and for activity carried out from your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

The app may offer a local mode with no account. Some features — sync, sharing, cloud backup and subscriptions — require signing in and an internet connection.

ميزانيتك أداة شخصية لتسجيل وتنظيم وتحليل البيانات المالية، وإعداد التقارير والتذكيرات، وإدارة بعض بيانات المشتريات والإيجارات والمشاركة. التطبيق لا يمثل بنكًا أو محفظة أو مستشارًا ماليًا أو محاسبًا، ولا ينفذ تحويلات مالية نيابة عنك. أنت مسؤول عن مراجعة الأرقام والقرارات والالتزامات الضريبية أو القانونية.

2. Nature of the service

Mezanetak is a personal tool for recording, organising and analysing financial data, producing reports and reminders, and managing certain purchase, rental and sharing data. It is not a bank, a wallet, a financial adviser or an accountant, and it does not execute financial transfers on your behalf. You remain responsible for reviewing the figures, your decisions, and any tax or legal obligations.

نمنحك ترخيصًا شخصيًا محدودًا وغير حصري وغير قابل للتحويل لاستخدام التطبيق للأغراض المشروعة. لا يجوز لك:

• اختراق الخدمة أو تجاوز حدود الخطط أو ضوابط الوصول أو فحوص الأمان.
• استخدام التطبيق للاحتيال أو غسل الأموال أو المضايقة أو إرسال محتوى ضار أو غير قانوني.
• نسخ التطبيق أو بيعه أو عكس هندسته إلا بالقدر الذي يسمح به القانون صراحةً.
• رفع برمجيات خبيثة أو محتوى ينتهك حقوق الآخرين أو خصوصيتهم.

3. Licence and acceptable use

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Breach the service, or bypass plan limits, access controls or security checks.
• Use the app for fraud, money laundering, harassment, or sending harmful or illegal content.
• Copy, sell or reverse-engineer the app, except to the extent the law expressly allows.
• Upload malware or content that infringes other people's rights or privacy.

٤. بياناتك ومحتواك

تظل مالكًا لمحتواك. تمنحنا ترخيصًا محدودًا لمعالجته واستضافته ونقله فقط لتشغيل الخدمة وحمايتها وتحسينها وفق سياسة الخصوصية. أنت مسؤول عن النسخ الاحتياطية وعن دقة البيانات التي تدخلها.

إذا أدخلت اسم شخص أو هاتفه أو عنوانه أو صوره أو هويته أو عقده — مثل بيانات المستأجرين — فأنت تقر بأن لديك الإذن والأساس القانوني اللازمين، وأنك ستقصر الإدخال والمشاركة على ما يلزم. يحظر رفع مستندات شخص آخر دون صلاحية.

4. Your data and content

You remain the owner of your content. You grant us a limited licence to process, host and transmit it solely to operate, protect and improve the service in line with the privacy policy. You are responsible for your own backups and for the accuracy of the data you enter.

If you enter another person's name, phone number, address, photos, ID or contract — such as tenant data — you confirm that you have the necessary permission and lawful basis, and that you will limit what you enter and share to what is needed. Uploading someone else's documents without authority is prohibited.

٥. الذكاء الاصطناعي والمسح والصوت

مخرجات المساعد الذكي وتحليل الإيصالات والتفريغ الصوتي آلية وقد تخطئ أو تسقط معلومات أو تقترح تصنيفًا غير مناسب. يجب أن تتحقق من المبلغ والتاريخ والفئة وأي نصيحة قبل الحفظ أو التصرف. هذه المخرجات معلومات عامة وليست استشارة مالية أو استثمارية أو ضريبية أو قانونية، ولا نضمن اكتمالها أو ملاءمتها لظروفك.

5. AI, scanning and voice

Output from the AI assistant, receipt analysis and speech transcription is automated and may be wrong, may omit information, or may suggest an unsuitable category. You must verify the amount, date, category and any advice before saving or acting on it. This output is general information, not financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and we do not guarantee that it is complete or suitable for your circumstances.

٦. المشاركة والإشراف والغرف

عند إنشاء دعوة أو قبولها، تسمح للأعضاء أو المشرفين المحددين برؤية البيانات التي تعرضها الميزة وإضافة محتوى وفق صلاحياتهم. راجع هوية المدعو قبل القبول، وألغِ الوصول عندما لا يعود مطلوبًا. أنت مسؤول عن الدعوات والرموز والرسائل التي ترسلها، ولا نستطيع سحب نسخة أخذها مستلم بالفعل.

6. Sharing, supervision and rooms

When you create or accept an invitation, you allow the specified members or supervisors to see the data the feature exposes and to add content within their permissions. Check the identity of an inviter before accepting, and revoke access once it is no longer needed. You are responsible for the invitations, codes and messages you send, and we cannot withdraw a copy a recipient has already taken.

• تظهر الأسعار والمدة والمزايا النهائية في شاشة الشراء ومتجر Google Play وقت العملية، وهي المرجع عند اختلافها عن مواد ترويجية.
• قد تتجدد الاشتراكات تلقائيًا ما لم تُلغَ من إعدادات Google Play قبل موعد التجديد. حذف التطبيق أو الحساب لا يُعد دائمًا إلغاءً للاشتراك؛ يجب إدارة الاشتراك من المتجر.
• تخضع الفوترة والإلغاء والاسترداد لسياسات Google Play والقانون الإلزامي المنطبق. لا نستلم بيانات بطاقتك الكاملة.
• قد تتغير المزايا أو الأسعار مستقبلًا مع إشعار المتجر أو الإشعار المطلوب قانونًا. لن يؤثر تغيير السعر على فترة مدفوعة بالفعل إلا وفق قواعد المتجر.
• بعض المزايا، مثل مزامنة صور التصنيفات المخصصة سحابيًا، قد تقتصر على الخطة المدفوعة.

7. Subscriptions and purchases

• The final prices, duration and features shown on the purchase screen and in Google Play at the time of the transaction are authoritative, and prevail over any promotional material.
• Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled in Google Play settings before the renewal date. Deleting the app or your account is not always a cancellation; the subscription must be managed in the store.
• Billing, cancellation and refunds are governed by Google Play policies and applicable mandatory law. We do not receive your full card details.
• Features or prices may change in future, with store notice or whatever notice the law requires. A price change will not affect a period already paid for, except under store rules.
• Some features, such as cloud sync of custom category images, may be limited to the paid plan.

٨. الخدمات الخارجية والتصدير

يعتمد التطبيق على خدمات خارجية مثل Supabase وGoogle وFirebase وGemini وGroq وSentry وCloudinary وResend. تخضع حسابات Google وDrive وPlay أيضًا لشروطهم. عند إرسال تقرير بالبريد أو مشاركته أو رفعه إلى Drive فأنت تطلب نقل الملف إلى الجهة المختارة وتتحمل مسؤولية عنوان المستلم وصلاحيات الملف.

8. External services and export

The app relies on external services such as Supabase, Google, Firebase, Gemini, Groq, Sentry, Cloudinary and Resend. Your Google, Drive and Play accounts are also subject to their own terms. When you email, share or upload a report to Drive, you are asking us to transfer the file to the destination you chose, and you are responsible for the recipient address and the file's permissions.

نسعى لتقديم خدمة مستقرة، لكن قد تحدث صيانة أو انقطاعات أو أخطاء أو تغييرات في خدمات الأطراف الثالثة. يجوز لنا تعديل أو إيقاف ميزة لأسباب تشغيلية أو أمنية أو قانونية، مع مراعاة حقوقك الإلزامية وأي خدمة مدفوعة قائمة. لا نضمن توافق الخدمة مع كل جهاز أو بقاء كل تكامل خارجي متاحًا.

9. Availability and changes

We aim to provide a stable service, but maintenance, outages, errors or changes in third-party services can occur. We may modify or discontinue a feature for operational, security or legal reasons, while respecting your mandatory rights and any paid service already in effect. We do not guarantee compatibility with every device, or that every external integration will remain available.

١٠. التعليق والإنهاء

يجوز لنا تقييد أو تعليق الحساب عند الاحتيال أو الخطر الأمني أو الانتهاك الجسيم لهذه الشروط أو القانون، مع إخطار مناسب متى كان ذلك ممكنًا. يمكنك التوقف عن الاستخدام وحذف حسابك في أي وقت من داخل الإعدادات أو عبر صفحة حذف الحساب. قد نحتفظ بقدر محدود مما يفرضه القانون أو يلزم لتسوية نزاع أو دفعة.

10. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or suspend an account in cases of fraud, a security risk, or a serious breach of these terms or the law, giving appropriate notice where possible. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time from Settings or via the account deletion page. We may retain a limited amount of data where the law requires it or where it is needed to settle a dispute or a payment.

١١. إخلاء المسؤولية وحدودها

تُقدم الخدمة «كما هي» و«حسب التوفر» إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون. لا نضمن أن الحسابات أو التوقعات أو نتائج الذكاء الاصطناعي أو أسعار الصرف خالية من الخطأ. إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون، لا نتحمل الخسائر غير المباشرة أو القرارات المالية الناتجة عن الاعتماد غير المتحقق على التطبيق. لا تستبعد هذه الشروط أي ضمان أو حق للمستهلك لا يجوز استبعاده قانونًا، ولا تحد المسؤولية عن الغش أو الخطأ الجسيم حيث يمنع القانون ذلك.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that calculations, forecasts, AI results or exchange rates are free of error. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or for financial decisions made by relying on the app without verification. These terms do not exclude any warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded, and do not limit liability for fraud or gross negligence where the law prohibits that.

١٢. الملكية الفكرية

يظل التطبيق وعلامته وتصميمه وبرمجياته ومحتواه المملوك لنا أو لمرخصينا محميًا. لا تمنحك هذه الشروط ملكية في التطبيق. تظل العلامات والمحتويات الخارجية ملكًا لأصحابها.

12. Intellectual property

The app, its brand, design, software and the content owned by us or our licensors remain protected. These terms do not grant you ownership of the app. Third-party marks and content remain the property of their owners.

١٣. القانون والنزاعات

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of [insert country or jurisdiction], and the courts of [insert city or country] have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law grants you a different right. Before starting a dispute, contact us at mezanetak@gmail.com so we can try to resolve it amicably.

١٤. تعديل الشروط والتواصل

قد نحدّث الشروط عند تغير الخدمة أو القانون. سنعرض تاريخ النسخة الجديدة، ونطلب موافقة جديدة عندما يلزم. استمرار الاستخدام بعد نفاذ التعديل يعني قبول النسخة المحدثة بالقدر الذي يسمح به القانون.

14. Changes to these terms and contact

We may update these terms when the service or the law changes. We will show the date of the new version, and ask for fresh consent where required. Continuing to use the app after a change takes effect means you accept the updated version, to the extent the law allows.
